Don't use this dealership ever. I purchased a new 2025 cx5 from them and when I got it home I check the tire pressure and all were over inflated, battery was low on fluid in every cell, no washer fluid, when I open the hood and rear hatch it was filthy.
A friend noticed that the wheels were all a different color from each other. When I pointed out to them Mazda corporate and the dealership said it was the environment that caused it after I left the dealership. I bought new wheels and they did the change over. Two ... Read More

Wasted days of search time calling and texting a salesperson Teresa on a used 2024 Mazda that she “checked on” and said was available. She was never able to talk to a manager about the price and was never able to get a sales sheet worked up to show me numbers out the door and after several days of asking I finally gave up and called the dealer directly for her manager.

I cannot say enough good things about the service department. They are outstanding, excellent and go above and beyond. My Mazda CX-5 would not come out of park. I am from out of town and needed to get back home for personal reasons. I was able to get an appointment with them in a quick time frame. They took care of me as if I was family to get the parts needed to fix my car in a very short time, which I know is hard to do in this day and age. They kept me informed every step of ... Read More

I bought a Mazda 3 touring two years ago from Noel. Loved it. I called Towne from Florida to lease another, by phone this spring, requiring back up camera and navigation. Dealt with Don Marts, this time, since Noel is no longer there. I was told in order to fill my requirements, I would need to move from Sport to Touring, which was fine with me. Went in on Sat. 6/4/11 and picked up my new Mazda CX9 on Monday morning, 6/6.Everyone from the owner Dan Downing, salesman Jonathan and Barbie in accounting were very helpful in expediting my purchase. Received a good deal from Towne. I returned my lease vehicle from another company to them and received money towards the purchase of my new vehicle in additon to a promotion from Mazda for $500. and 0% for 60 months on the financing. Again, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable of their product. No hard sale or pressure, a very pleasant experience.
