The lady at the service desk was cheerful and extremely helpful. My car was serviced quickly. The dealership has recently been remodeled and the customer waiting area is really nice!
Great service, on time, done right. Better yet the people are fantastic.
Really nice experience with Chad Jenkins from the Sales team...patient, efficient, reasonable. And I love the car!!
UPDATE: Another great interaction with the folks at Towne Mazda! I had a recall for my CX-5 (software update) and my rear brakes were making a grinding noise at only 12k miles. Mentioned that to them and they said they would take a look, and gave me some possible scenarios before they even looked at it, so I knew what I was getting into. (I told them I would have my usual mechanic take a peek, and they said if they are worn this early, there is a good chance that it would be covered under warranty. And if not, their brake diagnostic fee seemed reasonable, and if I would prefer to do the work myself or take it somewhere else, I was free to do that, after they find out what was wrong.) Anyway, I had an early appointment, they looked at it, and it looked like something got stuck and made the pads and rotors wear prematurely. They fixed it right then, under warranty, and my car was back to new within an hour or so. No charge, no long story, no attempt to get me to pay anything, just fixed it like I expected them to. This is how you win customers back with great customer service. Original post: I stopped in on multiple occasions to bother them about looking at cars. Once with my brother, another time with my girlfriend, even dragged someone to their Dodge/Chrysler store out in Hamburg, then finally came back in to buy from them.I have been searching for a month or two and these were my most pleasant experiences. The sales people were very friendly and put VERY little pressure on me to pick something and buy. They were happy to let me test drive whatever I wanted, make sure that it was identical or nearly identical to the car that I wanted to buy. They were so patient and didn't hound me constantly via text or email to come back in and make a decision. They weren't terrible to haggle with when it came to negotiating a price on my trade-in and the car I was buying, and they are happy to throw in small things like floor mats or a remote starter to make the sale.Overall it was just a much better experience than I have had at other places, which can at times make you feel like a burden. This became much more apparent the more places that I visited, looking for a new car. Some didn't even want to bother bringing out what you asked for (when I asked for a manual transmission car and they didn't think it was made with a manual, even though their website said that they have 2 on the lot...) or tells you that there isn't much margin on used cars "because of the internet" and then lowballing your trade-in value and not wanting to budge on it... None of this is true at Towne. They offered me a fair value on my car, they were very polite, and were happy to serve me as a potential customer so that they could eventually serve me as an actual customer.
I just leased a Mazda CX3 for my daughter through Joe Gangarossa. He is such a great sales person. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Towne employs a lot of great people so I keep going back.
Quick replacement of my re-called trunk lid struts plus the ___ point inspection.
The staff in service and parts were all very nice. The repair took a while, so I spent that time in a very comfortable waiting area. Beautiful new showroom to wander around in, too.
