COVID-19 Update

At Towne Auto, we are doing everything that we can to ensure our customers and employees remain safe during these unprecedented and changing times due to the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19). While purchasing a vehicle or having your car serviced may not be a top priority, here at Towne Auto, we have been updating our practices per the guidance provided to us from the State of New York’s Governor’s Office, the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles and the NYS Automobile Dealer Association.

Customers are highly encouraged to call ahead for appointments or book one online.

Sales showrooms are operating at 50% of capacity as part of our social distancing efforts.  Service, Parts and Collision Departments can better serve you quickly and efficiently with an appointment.

For the safety of all of our customers and employees, our top priority remains everyone’s health and safety.  We are cleaning, disinfecting and practicing social distancing at all of our facilities.  Our team is following responsible hygiene to include frequent hand-washing and maintained cleaning of their work spaces.   You can expect that your newly purchased or serviced vehicle will have all touch-points sanitized before delivery. Please wear a mask when on premise.
